I was delighted to be invited by OOC top management to run the OOC group 1st Woman\u2019s gathering that was held at the \u201cCrown Plaza Hotel\u201d on the 7th of November 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

The event aimed to bring all woman in the OOC group community together under one roof to celebrate and motivate them, listen to there concerns and to build stronger relations between the woman and OOC group top management figures lead by Isam Al Zadjali (CEO – OOC group).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

The event was a great success with a successful turnout of over 150 females from across all sister companies in Oman. It was fun, full of energy and a lot of excitement!<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

I thoroughly enjoyed engaging with the audience and sharing my experience with a 20 min talk on my journey to reaching a leadership position in my field in academia and research. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
